As a member of the Solution Consulting team, you will support our Service Operations Sales and partner with the Mid-Atlantic & South Solution Consulting team, Sales team, Product Management, and the executive team. You will be a hands-on technical consultant who can position a better together story for Service Management, Technology Operations, and DevOps solutions during sales cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a product specific area working with Enterprise and Strategic Customers
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform and specifically with IT Operations Management, including Pro and Enterprise features
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services to specific outcomes
