Sr Staff Software Quality Engineer

This Senior Staff Quality Engineer role at Central QE Operations within ServiceNow is designed to enhance productivity and innovation within the Quality Engineering organization. The position focuses on developing and delivering high-quality internal tools and applications using the ServiceNow platform, supporting various QE workflows, certification processes, and operational excellence. This is a fully in-site role within a Central QE operations center.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Application Development with a proven record of innovation
• Strong Java expertise including development of automation frameworks and backend services using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Proficiency in JavaScript with a solid understanding of DOM manipulation and client side logic for application tooling
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience including scoped applications, workflows, APIs, and data models
• Expertise in test methodologies such as unit, integration, automation, regression, and performance
• Strong problem solving and innovation mindset
• Leadership experience including mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions
