Requirements
- Eligible to receive an appropriate U.S. Government security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and SQL
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Experience in application support
- Experience with Telecommunications support
- Experience providing phone-based support
- Experience with incident management platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira)
