Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and SQL
  • Familiarity with relational databases
  • Experience in application support
  • Experience with Telecommunications support
  • Experience providing phone-based support
  • Experience with incident management platforms
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira)
