We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer II to lead incident resolution efforts, ensure system stability and performance, and improve service management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, systems engineering, and service management, with a strong focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
  • Expertise in incident management processes, problem management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
  • Proficient in systems administration, server architecture, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, New Relic) and alerting systems
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts
  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • ITIL Foundation or advanced certifications (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and systems engineering (Linux/Windows) are a plus

Requirements Summary

At least 7 years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, and service management, with expertise in ITIL processes, incident management, and cloud environments
