The Sr. Technical Consultant, ITAM, will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuring ServiceNow products, providing technical guidance, and leading customer design workshops. The successful candidate will have experience with complex technologies, Web Technologies, and SaaS platforms, as well as strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Requirements
- A current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
- At least 1-3 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
