Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains and supporting technologies
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
