The Product Owner for the ServiceNow Global Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Program, a strategic role within the ServiceNow organization, focuses on shaping and executing the roadmap for CMDB capabilities. This role involves partnering with global stakeholders, ensuring CMDB evolution meets business needs, supports IT operations, and delivers reliable data for decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing CI lifecycle changes, reporting platform health, and aligning initiatives with enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• Manage CMDB lifecycle, including CI class definitions and reporting platform health.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and compliance stakeholders for requirements gathering and feature prioritization.
• Oversee changes to existing CI classes to improve data quality.
• Lead executive-level reporting on CMDB health.
