Google is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to contribute to the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Fleet Operations systems. The role involves translating Google needs into technical specifications, designing and developing systems, consulting with executives, and driving business improvements within IT services. The ideal candidate will be part of a global team focused on scaling a helpful Google for everyone.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle.
- 10 years of experience designing and implementing Fleet Management systems and operations.
- 5 years of experience using ServiceNow.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- Ability to deliver global ITSM platform implementation on Service Now.
