Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Experience with AI Productivity tools like Cursor and Windsurf.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience in a cloud-based environment.
• Proficiency in Java programming and data structures/algorithms.
• Deep knowledge of databases and data modeling.
• Strong relational database experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based and distributed systems.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
