Join ServiceNow as a Staff In-Market Engineer and collaborate with field-facing teams in Japan to make key accounts and projects successful in adopting ServiceNow products and platform. Implement solutions to technical challenges specific to the Japan region and accelerate technical transfer of information between R&D and local teams and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critical thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of delivering high-quality products or solutions.
- Expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to its AI capabilities.
- A marked interest in and understanding of the Japanese business environment, enterprise software culture.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript or languages similar to them.
- Full professional fluency in Japanese and English to support cross-functional engineering collaboration with global stakeholders.
