ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of agentic and AI capabilities within their platform, targeting the Admin persona. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI platforms, a data-driven approach, and a passion for innovation. They will be responsible for building, scaling, and validating AI solutions to improve customer experience and contribute to long-term product success.

Requirements

  • Experience in building or managing AI platform capabilities, including data pipelines, model orchestration, LLM tuning, and evaluation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of the role of data in AI development (labeling, quality, governance)
  • 8+ years of enterprise software product management experience, with at least 5 in SaaS; AI/ML or data platform experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working and building for Administrator personas
  • Strong understanding of the role of data in AI development
  • Analytical thinker with strong data literacy
  • Excellent communicator with data and business audiences
