Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Inbound Product Manager to join the Operational Technology (OT) team. This role focuses on defining, owning, and delivering product roadmaps tailored to the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) market, including building solutions to address real-world needs. The manager will work closely with engineering, UX design, and cross-functional teams to shape product plans and execute a clear roadmap, offering a deep technical understanding of the OT space.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience, 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise applications (B2B) – including at least 3 years in SaaS Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering / information technology / Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products that integrate across complex systems and workflows.
- Deep technical expertise and a proven track record working closely with Engineering.
