ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Inbound Product Manager to join their Sales & Order Management (SOM) team. This role is focused on shaping the vision for Sales CRM/SFA, working with inbound and outbound PMs, and building AI-powered capabilities to improve sales performance. It’s an early stage product journey role with a focus on collaboration and innovation within a fast-growing company.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of inbound or technical product management experience with a focus on enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep experience in Sales CRM / Sales Force Automation.
  • Knowledge of related sales tech stack (CPQ, SPM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and work in ambiguity.
