We are seeking a highly experienced Staff IT Operations Engineer to lead and improve IT services and endpoint operations, with a focus on automation, support, and asset management.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant IT operations experience
- Strong proficiency in endpoint management, network troubleshooting, and IT asset management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and MDM solutions
- Experience with enterprise ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
