Staff Lead AI Security Researcher

As a Staff Lead AI Security Researcher, you will spearhead security research efforts focused on research and AI security innovation while collaborating with the team on implementation of such technologies.

Requirements

• PhD with publications in security/ai security
• 5+ years of experience in security research, AI/ML research, data science, or related fields, specifically with experience securing AI systems.
• Expertise in GenAI and GenAI Security
• Demonstrated success in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in AI systems, particularly involving large language models (LLMs) and agentic architectures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly articulate complex findings to technical teams, leadership, and external partners
