ServiceNow is seeking a Data Platform - AI Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven systems. This role involves technical leadership, mentorship, and ensuring project success by overseeing integration with Snowflake data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and proactive leader with deep AI/ML expertise.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks, such as Agentic AI, MCP, LLMs, ML algorithms, Deep learning understanding
- Advanced level hands on experience with Py, Snowflake, thorough working experience with AI and GenAI models and libraries
- Expertise in SQL programming
- Proven experience as a technical lead with a strong track record of leading successful AI and data engineering projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
