Staff Network Administrator

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Network Administrator to support the strategic partner in Germany by implementing and maintaining their ServiceNow systems. The role involves network administration, system support, and collaboration with SREs, platform engineers, and security teams. It's a full-time on-site position focused on secure, high-performance operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production engineering or SRE roles
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, load balancing, and firewall management
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hybrid environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI layers and familiarity with packet analysis tools
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
