ServiceNow is seeking a Network Administrator to support their European partner in Germany. The role involves implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow system environments, close collaboration with SREs and platform engineers, and ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. Responsibilities include network and system administration, database management, and DevOps operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production engineering or SRE roles, with a focus on network administration
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, load balancing, and firewall management
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI layers and familiarity with packet analysis tools
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to be on call if required
- Ability to travel to customer site in Germany
