ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Performance Support Consultant (Escalations Engineering) to join the Customer Service and Support team, working with large customers facing critical performance and scalability challenges. The role involves providing technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and consulting guidance to help customers maximize the value of ServiceNow platforms. Candidates will leverage industry leading tools and best practices to root cause issues and drive solution improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
- Progressive experience in technical support, software development, performance load testing or professional services.
- Knowledge of web applications stacks
- Scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Powershell.
- Working knowledge of Object Oriented code (Java preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, time management and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
