The Staff Platform & SRE Engineer will lead the design, development, integration, and operations of digital workplace platforms and end-user technologies. The role focuses on driving platform architecture, software and security engineering practices, and site reliability engineering (SRE) to ensure secure, scalable, and optimized systems, championing modern engineering methodologies and contributing to technology stewardship.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering
  • 5-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven experience and deep understanding in platform architecture, development, and integration across digital workplace technologies
  • Device management systems (e.g., MECM, Samsung EMM, WS1, UEM)
  • VDI platforms (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS Workspaces)
  • Endpoint security tools (e.g., Trellix AV, DLP, EDR)
  • Video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Q-Sys, Pexip)
  • Observability platforms (e.g., NexThink, ServiceNow)
  • Expertise in IAM systems including Directory Services, SSO and MFA
  • Proficiency with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform)
  • Strong knowledge of IT service desk platforms (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow), including workflow automation and analytics
  • Experience with SRE methodologies, synthetic monitoring, and capacity planning
