Staff Product Manager - Observability Platform

ServiceNow is seeking an AI-native product leader to drive the next generation of intelligent, compliant observability for hyperscaler and sovereign cloud environments. This role involves designing and delivering AI/ML-powered telemetry pipelines, automating compliance validation, and orchestrating autonomous remediation workflows. The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle from vision to continuous improvement, ensuring the platform evolves into a self-healing, compliance-assured platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or platform ownership in networking, observability, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into products.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, telemetry standards (NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX), and packet analysis.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler networking architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and sovereign cloud environments.
• Proficiency with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) and automation tooling.
