ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage and resolve infrastructure issues for the ServiceNow SRE team. This is a swing shift role (4 days a week) based in Dublin, Ireland, and requires someone with experience in the Republic of Ireland. The role focuses on instance performance, reliability, and availability.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- 8+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Self-motivated go-getter with proven ability to lead initiatives
- Extensive experience with ITIL-based IT operations
- Advanced expertise in Unix/Linux system administration
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts
Requirements Summary
