Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes
• Experience with Al productivity tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
• 9+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Analytical and design skills
