We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, while also exploring AI/ML capabilities within the platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Progressive ServiceNow platform experience in a lead/architect capacity
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party connectors
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features (e.g., Virtual Agent Designer, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics)
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and deep knowledge of ServiceNow development frameworks
