ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to support a strategic partner in Germany. The role involves implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow systems within a shared office environment, closely collaborating with the Global ServiceNow Team. Responsibilities include network administration, system administration, database management, and DevOps operations, with a focus on securing, high-performance infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production engineering or SRE roles
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, load balancing, and firewall management
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI layers
- Fluent in German and English
