The Data & Analytics Business Unit at ServiceNow is a dynamic, cross-functional organization focused on building scalable data platforms, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI-driven solutions. The Staff Technical Program Manager will identify problems, make decisions, and work on new, complex initiatives while remaining flexible and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies
- BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience building solid, trusting relationships with executives, development teams, product management, stakeholders, cross-functional development groups, and peers
- Ability to manage complex engineering programs – cross-team dependencies, risks, organize and communicate key dates to relevant team members
- Exceptional team building and team management skills, including interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and negotiation, consensus building, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- History of successfully managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Agile lifecycle management tools, online whiteboard and collaboration platforms, and similar applications
- PMI-ACP, Agile, or scaled agile certifications (SAFe SPC or RTE) and experience leading and coaching teams and release trains in scaled agile principles and practices
- Track record of successfully coaching teams to establish/mature SDLC processes to improve delivery
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow products to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress
