ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Accelerator Consultant - Impact to join their team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate has significant experience in ServiceNow development and wants to help customers with their digital transformation capabilities. They will present and deliver technical accelerators to complex enterprise customers, guide best practices development, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in ITOM or ITAM consulting
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM modules
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and ITAM (HAMP, or SAMP) certifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven technical and business process experience in leading the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- US Citizenship or a Green card is required
