ServiceNow is seeking a Learning Strategy & Design Manager to develop and deliver impactful learning solutions for their Success, Technology, Experience, and Platform (STEP) organization. This role involves shaping the long-term learning strategy, designing engaging learning experiences, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business objectives. The Manager will focus on preparing employees for the future skills needed for AI and emerging talent trends.
Requirements
- Shape the long-term strategy/roadmap for STEP-Wide learning programs.
- Design and develop innovative, effective, and highly scalable, global learning solutions.
- Partner with Learning Business Partners and key stakeholders.
- Create immersive, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
- Mastery knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional systems design.
- Proven track record of leading through influence vs. authority.
- Mastery knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional systems design (ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick)
- Effectively drive impact measurement through CSAT, NPS, KPIs, and other key business metrics/outcomes
- Skilled in using learning and design tools and learning management systems.
