ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) Director to drive revenue growth and profitability through larger and more strategic transactions across the ANZ business. This role is a deal expert, responsible for driving end-to-end deal strategy, negotiating, and managing complex agreements. The Director will collaborate with sales organizations, account executive teams, and corporate partners to deliver value and accelerate sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in the software industry
  • 7+ years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts
  • 5 + years of selling experience within the ANZ market
  • 2 + years of Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development experience, supporting complex transactions (M&A, IP, Revenue Share)
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring experience
