This ICAT Infrastructure student position is focused on helping with upcoming Enterprise Network and Security projects for summer. The role involves resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and delivering infrastructure changes. Candidates should be current students in Computer or Engineering degrees.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree in Computer or Engineering programs.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and common network protocols (LACP, OSPF, BGP etc.).
  • Knowledge of DHCP, IP Helper, SNMP etc. network management protocols.
  • Knowledge of Cisco switch, wireless controller, router etc. LAN/WLAN/WAN Infrastructure equipment.
  • Knowledge of network package capture and monitoring tools PRTG enterprise, Wireshark etc.
  • Knowledge of enterprise firewall and VPN remote access technologies.
  • Knowledge of Network Configuration Management (NCM) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Incident and Change management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio/Power Point/Word/Excel etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to learn and master new technology quickly.
  • Demonstrated understanding and compliance with patient and staff safety policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility with work hours.
  • Proven attendance record.

Requirements Summary
