Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (at least for another six months)
  • Open to work fully onsite in Katowice 16 or 24 hours a week
  • Highly organized and reliable, able to oversee time bookings, resource allocation, and track demand/incident/change timelines to keep operations on schedule.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of tasks across Sales and Pricing processes.
  • Familiar with ITSM concepts and ServiceNow (or eager to learn quickly), comfortable managing and tracking requests, incidents, and changes.
  • Proactive team player who takes ownership of essential tasks, supporting ongoing initiatives and contributing directly to the team’s success.
  • Clear communicator with strong documentation habits, capable of creating, maintaining, and improving process documents and reports.
  • Fluent in English (B2 in speaking and writing)
