Subcontractor

This role is for a ServiceNow Subcontractor specializing in extracting data from Service Now using queries. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Service Now scripting, workflow design, and integration, as well as a strong understanding of ITIL/ITGC/SOX processes. They need to be a self-starter and able to drive ownership.

Requirements

• Service Now expert (NOT USER)
• Ability to extract data from Service Now using queries
• Strong scripting and design skills in Service Now
• Expertise in Service Now as a tool
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, Service Portal, and platform features
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with ITIL or other industry frameworks
• Understanding of SOX processes and documents
