ServiceNow is seeking a Subscription Usage Verification Analyst to join the Marketing team. This role involves analyzing license utilization, understanding customer usage, and working with Sales and Renewals teams to maximize the value of ServiceNow products. The Analyst will also participate in project development and automation, contributing to continuous process improvement and compliance.
Requirements
- Run and analyze license reports on usage across customers
- Negotiate the usage true up motion to validate fully addressal of customer cleanup or true up of validated product overages
- Educate customers on entitlement measurement logic
- Develop and execute test plans for new functionality
- Maintain ongoing documentation and training
Requirements Summary
5+ years of experience in license compliance, data analytics, pricing, or related field. Strong communication skills and understanding of cloud applications. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
