We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. As a Support Engineer, you will work in a team to ensure the efficient operation of Device Management, manage and track support tickets, and provide technical support for Windows operating systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Systems Engineering or related fields
1 year of experience providing support for Windows SO
Knowledge of SCCM and Microsoft Intune
Experience in ticket management, preferably ServiceNow
