Support Engineer position for Payment Applications with experience in.NET, Microservices architecture, API integrations, and Payment systems.

Requirements

  • .NET experience
  • Proven experience with payment processing applications and ability to explain their functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially Incident Management and Change Management
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools.
  • Understanding of Payment systems and financial transaction flows, or experience with other tools or platforms used for managing payment processes
  • Ability to manage and resolve service tickets effectively.
  • Experience with SWIFT Alliance Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to perform minor code fixes and provide maintenance support.
  • Understanding of financial processes within SWIFT.
  • Familiarity with integration methods such as APIs and SFTP.
  • Experience supporting financial applications and platforms.
