We are seeking a Support Engineer with experience in payment processing applications to provide technical support and maintenance for financial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations, as well as proficiency in Postman and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- NET experience
- Proven experience with payment processing applications
- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations
- Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools
- Understanding of Payment systems and financial transaction flows
- Ability to manage and resolve service tickets effectively
