We are seeking a Support Engineer with experience in payment processing applications to provide technical support and maintenance for financial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations, as well as proficiency in Postman and ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • NET experience
  • Proven experience with payment processing applications
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools
  • Understanding of Payment systems and financial transaction flows
