STACKITEERS is seeking a Cloud and Colocation provider to build secure infrastructure for its services. The support engineer will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support related to their Zscaler products. They will analyze, resolve, and document technical issues, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proactive maintenance.
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist/system integration) or a completed IT study in computer science, economics, information technology or a comparable technical qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Zscaler product range, particularly Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). First certifications (e.g. ZCCA, ZCCP) are a plus
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, VPN), firewalls, proxies and common authentication mechanisms
- Experience in dealing with tickets systems (e.g. Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to error analysis
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both orally and written
- Strong customer and service orientation, combined with patience and empathy
