This is a permanent hybrid position within the Business Applications team of Canada Life Group Services. The role involves optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, and the position supports the production environments across various application domains, including Finance, Actuarial, Human Resources, Facilities, and Compliance.
Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience working in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems
- Knowledge of SDLC stages
- ITIL service management principles and practices
- Support of production systems from incident to root cause analysis
- Business/systems analysis expertise
- Core IT tools (SQL, MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, TestRail, ServiceNow)
