Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
- Extensive configuration and development experience across ServiceNow Platform, Portal, Mobile, and IT Service Management modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, REST, SOAP, and HTML.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and standard relational database concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow Security features, including user administration, roles, groups, and ACLs.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices.
- Advanced technical skills in UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration & Architecture, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets.
- Certifications such as CSA (Certified ServiceNow Admin), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist), or CAD (Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for business process and workflow analysis.
- Effective communication skills with customers, system administrators, team members, and management, using sound judgment for enterprise impacts of technical decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with geographically dispersed locations.
