NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join their team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with technical documentation, and knowledge of Agile Methodology and Rally tool for work management.
Requirements
- Good written/verbal communication
- Experienced with developing technical documentation
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Rally tool for work management
- Experienced with SQL reporting, SCM tools for maintaining Plug-in codes (TFS and GitLab)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, Tasktop Integrations to review issue log, System Architecture, PPM documentation process, SharePoint Maintenance
- Experienced with ALM Installation, patch upgrades, version upgrades and setting up Load balancing, Securing certifications
- Ability to troubleshoot ALM production issue using logs and error messages
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, Tasktop Integrations
