The Systems Reliability CCA Director will lead the Caribbean, Central America & Uruguay (CCAU) Technology Systems Reliability team to improve the stability, reliability, and efficiency of Banking systems. The incumbent will work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders to champion SRE/DevOps culture and practices.
Requirements
- Expert understanding of SRE principles
- 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in system architecture (5+ preferred)
- ITIL V3 Foundation Cert. in ITSM with Professional experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, a plus)
- Strong understanding of Service Management principles, Service Level Objectives and measuring resiliency
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and programming experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Java
