The role involves leading and managing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring business continuity, and providing advisory services. This position requires a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or ITAM and a commitment to collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules: GRC: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRM
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
