Deloitte is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, GRC, ITAM, HRSD, or ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks, as well as excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules: GRC, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, or ITSM.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
