We are seeking an experienced and result-driven ServiceNow Developer at a Senior Consultant level with a strong background in ITSM/ITOM/GRC/HRSD/ITAM. The role involves leading and managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across various modules, conducting requirement-gathering sessions, and designing scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules: GRC, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, ITSM.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
