Deloitte is seeking a Deputy Manager to join their IT Control Testing team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on ensuring the effectiveness of IT controls by designing, executing, and documenting tests. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams, including IT SOC, engineering, and risk management, and a focus on cybersecurity threats and vulnerability management. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating secure and resilient information and technology risks for clients and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6-9 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of IT controls frameworks
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other GRC platforms
• Experience with IT control testing tools
• Experience assessing and providing recommendations on the feasibility of automating manual control testing processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
