Deloitte is seeking a Manager for its NAT:Delivery Excellence Team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients, and lead initiatives to improve delivery governance, quality compliance, and risk management protocols.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience
- Deep understanding of engagement lifecycle management, project financials, and delivery governance
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in dashboarding, financial KPI interpretation, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CMMI, or ITIL are preferred
