BlackRock's People Operations team within the HR Platforms & Infrastructure seeks a talented Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to support global employee and talent related activities. This role focuses on recruitment support, ensuring excellent candidate experience, and managing employment documents. The team will work in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, providing support throughout the full lifecycle of a new hire.
Requirements
- Manage candidate communications and respond to inquiries.
- Post job descriptions and event descriptions on the BlackRock Campus portal.
- Manage scheduling and logistical support for BlackRock hosted events.
- Produce employment contracts and understand legal requirements.

Requirements Summary
1-4 yrs HR operations exp., BA/BS degree required. Excellent communication skills are also needed. Strong attention to detail & risk management skills are essential
