ServiceNow is a global market leader in AI-enhanced technology, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage relationships with teams, source and screen top talent, and negotiate complex offers. You'll also ensure a great candidate experience and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 5+ years of full-cycle in-house end-to-end recruiting experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to consult, influence and manage hiring managers, business leaders.
- Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills - ability to work cross functionally between the business and the internal recruiting and talent sourcing team.
