Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Knowledge of talent markets in Malaysia and Southeast Asia
