The Talent Operations Senior Systems Specialist will lead talent technology, compliance, and reporting processes across Canada. The role involves consulting with all levels of the firm and engaging in both local and global talent technology projects. The responsibilities are diverse and require a strong foundation in talent technology, relevant talent experience, and skills, preferably in SuccessFactors Employee Central and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years experience in HR Systems (SuccessFactors)
- 3-5 years Project Management and HR Process
- 1+ years leading/coaching staff
